- Drive and operate trucks.
- Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
- Pre-inspect truck.
- Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
- Load and unload cargo.
- Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
- Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- All drivers will hand unload the trailer using rollers.
- Drivers will average of 2-4 loads and 950-1200 miles per week.
- You must have a safe authorized place to park the truck if you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA.
- Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus – Up to 3% of Mileage Pay
- $2037 to $2615 weekly
Delivery Locations:
- Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA running regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana.
Schedule:
- Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Weekly.
- Day off varies, typically includes a Saturday or Sunday.
- This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift.
- During holidays time off could be less and during lower store delivery periods there could be additional time off.
Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
- Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge
- Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout day
- Able to pass random drug tests
- No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever
- No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime
- No DUI's within the past 5 years
- Listening and verbal communication skills

Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL – Class A
- Certificate from an accredited CDL school
- 21 years or older
- At least three months of OTR experience
- must live within 100 miles of Ridgefield, WA
